I started buying from them, just few weeks ago, I have bought the minimum amount requested just to make sur of the authenticity of the products. I live in paris, i just received my parcel just 4 days after the confirmation of the payment of my order, I am really happy of my order, because the products are authentic and in a very good quality. I purchased some stock from this company and it arrived within 2 days. I had some of the products with a fault in them and so I emailed them but got no response and then I called them and nobody was picking up. At that point I thought I am never ordering from them again. A few minutes later I get a call from them as they were returning my call and the gentleman I spoke to was so very well spoken, patient and polite. My issue was resolved promptly without any delay. It's easy to get frustrated when you get no response but to allow a company the time to respond is vital and this experience proves just that.
