Off course you will get a probably reliable s but what you won't get is some reliable service and price. My father was serve by one of their employe, a certain Rejean S. You would believe they would treat and old man well. Off course not. They sold him a 40-50 dryer heater at the outstanding prince of 189.26. My father, after arguing and believing the seller, bought the piece under pressure. The seller tried to justify the unreasonable price by framing all the other suppliers has false and cheaper chinese version which is undeniably untruth. In short, I would advise anyone not to go to that store find a REAL TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE shop and not that one is gouging his price to take money from elderly. Parts may be reliable, the service is not. I called the Montreal office, I was told the part I needed is in stock in Laval. I do an online order. No change next day, I contact the laval office, I am told the part I am looking for is unavailable everywhere and needs to be ordered to samsung. Can take 1 month. I ask to cancel the order. 1 week later, order not canceled. I call back, I am told we have your parts, they are in Toronto. I say I no longer need them, please cancel order. I am told... OK, ill call the office and see if it's possible... Seriously, no, it's not a question of seeing if it's possible. Just cancel the order. Edit: Spoke to someone today. He was helpful however said I have to come to the store to have the charge reversed back to visa. Ill try to come on Saturday.
