Information takes a long time to be conveyed to client. They kept changing the estimate and even when I decreased the job size they upped the price or stated they missed something so the price would only be 100 less than the whole job. If I did the whole job then the estimate would increase again. I was told I may be entitled to a partial refund and would receive an itemized bill/statement in the mail. I did not receive that nor have they reached out about a partial refund of the down payment made. Poor communication is the real reason for this one star review.

1st tech that came out was new, that’s okay, you have to learn by experience. He was here for about 4 hours looking for the water line, he never found it. The 2nd tech came out found the waterline and fixed the line in a little over an hour. Got the bill and it was almost 400.00. I should not have to pay for the four hours getting the new guy training. I called to ask the to review the bill, as I thought it was way to high. They never called me back, I reluctantly am paying the bill, but will never call them again
