I Don't Understand. I agree to a quote to get trees removed and trimmed. I was told it would be scheduled the first week of July. I heard from no one to see if it was going to happen. I called the week before, the week of and now the week after. NO ONE is returning my calls....so frustrating and I don't even understand why.

I came here twice and the first time I came there the worker was not too friendly didn't seem like he wanted to help. 2nd time 3 guys were all eating sandwiches inside and ignored me. I asked about some trees and they pointed outside rather than taking me to the exact spot. They had a look as if I was disturbing them. Sorry to interrupt lunch fellas. Never going back there again.

Place is run down and the plants were not taken care of well. The only good plants were the ones under the netted greenhouse and the trees. The hydrangeas were out in full sun and were shriveling up. Definitely not a place for flowers. There was no one out there to ask if you needed any help or had any questions.

I've had a few experiences with Dundee Nursery, and all have been great. First, we had to get our backyard regraded after pulling out an above ground pool. Brian came out and spent a lot of time going over our options and what we could do. I had considered putting in a patio but he was upfront and honest with how much work would be involved due to the fairly steep grade of the backyard as it existed - we would have needed a retaining wall, a lot of dirt, a lot of leveling, and it would have ended up being much more expensive than it would have been worth. We ended up just going with a nice easy grade of fill and topsoil and some new grass. His crew was GREAT. They were fast, courteous, and the price was very reasonable. Elsewhere, the folks who work at the nursery really know their stuff about the plants and other products they sell - from soil to perennials, they answered all my questions in detail and would consult on what plants would work where and for what. Really, a great and friendly place to get anything you need for your landscaping projects. I look forward to working with them again when it comes time to re-do our front walkway with some pavers!

They have no respect. It is 5 in the morning and my whole family is up because of all the yelling and banging around. My appointment smalls like tar.
