This place is a breath of fresh air to the last place we were (Paradise Lakes). It's very quiet, clean, upkeep is wonderful. People wave, Christmas is fantastic, and I feel safe. I haven't got to enjoy the community or people as we don't have a golf cart or scooter and I'm in a wheelchair, but at least I can see people going by and having fun. I love it.

Went there for the Christmas light displays. I used to take my kids there when they were little, now i take my grandsons. Almost every trailer is lit up and the boys love it. They didn't get a candy cane from Santa this year and were disappointed but with the covid we understand. Jim, a tenant there is always roasting marshmallows and the boys get one from him everytime we go. That is another highlight for them to get a hot gooey marshmallow to share. Thanks for your light display you give to the community. We will definitely be back every year. I'm hoping when my grandchildren start their families, and I'm no longer here, that they will carry on this tradition and bring there kids here to see the lights too.

Tranquil but seems to be dog capital of Lakeland. On the verge of boring.

The Christmas lights are a family yearly tradition going back as far as I can remember. Thank you to everyone who makes it possible. Some of my fondest memories of my grandfather are sitting in the bed of my uncle's truck going through this park a few times to make sure we've seen it all. He loved it so much and I'm thankful I can bring my son to this memory.
