I and my granddaughter both had appointments booked since last year for this month, the 22nd Oct. I called up a week before my app was due to ask if I could be seen sooner, as I had a bad toothache ,was asked if i could hang on until my appointment in a week. Today, one day before my app, they cancelled. Reason? Training. I said my grandchild had an appointment booked for tomorrow late afternoon and they said, \ all appointments were cancelled for the 22nd Oct back in May when covid hit\ . So mine wasnt cancelled until today but yet others were cancelled back in May?? Mine was cancelled today, because suddenly, they realized they had training. Pathetic excuse for a dental surgery. These last minute cancellation are a regular thing, this use to happen even before cv. My daughter had to be told by me, that my granddaughters appointment has been cancelled for tomorrow.
I would like to commend Dentist Jolanta and the Dental Receptionist for helping me by offering excellent guidance and advice during a telephone appointment on how to deal with my young son's painful mouth abscess during the Covid 19 lock down. Your help and expert advice was much appreciated and my son is now on the mend. You are doing a fantastic job in these difficult circumstances and i would like to say Thank You.

Had first visit recently. Very impressed. Our dentist Yolanta is absolutely lovely. No need for any nervousness next visit. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Helen.
