Also cheat with price, may tell you one price before on the worlds, but in the end you will receive completely other dill. That's what heppened with me. Also their price more then 3 times bigger then other nice dental clinic in lviv has.

Had the most caring and professional treatment at this clinic. All the staff are polite and knowledgable. Heard so many reviews from friends and family and decided to come visit the clinic from the USA. I was not disappointed. The prices are very reasonable and accessible compared to where i come from. Had a great experience. If you want the best treatment for your teeth come here.
The first and second visit was very good. However, during the third visit I was completely ignored. I waited more than 30 minutes because a woman came with a daughter who had more privileges than I... What’s more this was her first visit, and I was already on the third in this clinic. The woman who was waiting in front of me suggested coffee, but no one asked me about it. They are expensive, they want to be the best dental clinic in Lviv, but they miss a lot of European standards...
I am very pleased with the work they did on my teeth whilst visiting Lviv back in March. The staff including receptionist, nurse and dentist are all very professional and welcoming. The dentistry is also equipped with the latest technology.
Before attending the clinics dont forget to pay ahead or at least to show the money, the personell has such high standards that visitors are required to show the money before the procedures. Already paid much and still some Ks meant to be paid. Despite the contract in which was agreed that there was a possibility of pre-payment but with clients beforehand warning. And there was no warning - just at the entrace from early morning - no money now - no show. Took an hour to drive back in jammed city to pick up the visitor instead of coming at the end of the day and pay for the work. As well true – was called in 20 min that there appeared opportunity to pay at the end of the day which made me feel real stupid and its all right to change the mind 7 times Friday along. Funny guys and spoiled day. High level work so far – its 1 month experience comparing both to Germany and Israel, but still far far away from EU in treating people like real clients at such price level. Additionally and its very important - no good discounts against big amount of work given but still too boastful in social accounts about satisfied clients and fotos of their smile. Hope that our fotos wont appear there furthermore. Need no excuses and no cooperation in the future.
Like most people the trip to the dentist is not the highlight of their day but my experience at LASERDENTIST was outstanding. The staff were polite, caring and extremely efficient and made me feel relaxed and reassured that I was getting the best treatment. The professionalism of the doctor and hygenist was second to none and I would highly recommend MARIANNE MELNICHUK CLINIC to anyone when you need to visit the dentist!
Дуже задоволенні безболісним лікуванням зубів двом дітям. Йшли за рекомендаціями до Катерини Олександрівни і не помилились. Дуже уважна і кваліфікована стоматолог. Діти її люблять. Доньці 5 років, питає, коли ми наступний раз йдемо лікувати зуби.
