The staff do not process the requests made for prescription refill approval and test scripts for lab work. It has happened several times and causes me miss getting my prescription refills . I am not sure why they are not responsible to take proper action on time. Of course , Dr. Richardson is excellent . Update 1/19. I have provided my contact info to them about 2 weeks back and no one has reached out to me yet !! I guess that’s their real style of responding !!

This rating is for the front office staff. Dr. Richardson is excellent but the staff in the front office are rude and incompetent. Every time I need lab work sent or need to pick up a script to have a test done there is ALWAYS a problem. Either they don’t send it when they are supposed to or they don’t give me everything I need causing me to go back. I live about 25 minutes from the office and it’s a huge inconvenience but they never apologize for said inconvenience or for their inability to do their job correctly. They are very unprofessional! I understand mistakes occur (even though it seems to happen ALL the time here) but at least be apologetic about it! They give you an attitude like you did something wrong. I don’t understand how they still have a job. I am in the medical field and would never dream of speaking to my patients with the attitude they have given me. And my employer would never tolerate it either. Not ok!!!!!
Dr. C. Myers, all of the Nurses, Front and Adminstrative staff are always Professional and helpful! Dealing with various patient issues, illnesses and demeanors can be challenging for anyone. I give this Practice a highly Respected, Thank you and Appreciation!
I have seen several doctors at this practice and I’ve always had a very positive experience with everyone from the doctors to the receptionists and physician assistants. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for kind and attentive doctors.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever experienced. My appointment was a canceled TWICE. I went to rebook for a third time and was told they weren’t offering the service I was seeking. Why was I not told this sooner? Why was I not told to go to somewhere else(which they told me to do after the third attempt) sooner? When calling to reschedule, I asked about renewing my prescription and was told “you had a month to figure your matters out.” MY MATTERS?!? they canceled on me, TWICE.
