The worst practice possible in Aberdeen. For about 2,5 months now nobody has investigated the health issue I have. You don't even get to speak to a doctor, just some incompetent nurses. One star is way too much

We have had a lot of dealings with Denburn over the last 8 months since my mother in laws health took a down turn. We have been treated well by all the doctors and nurses who have dealt with us. Through the pandemic we were given same day phone appointments (occasionally more than one in a 24 hour period if needed) blood appointments, and even home visits. We were never left without help no matter what time of day we called. Several of their receptionists are very unpleasant to communicate with however there a few who are very helpful and who have gone above and beyond to ensure we get what we need and one in particular who is extremely compassionate on the phone showing a real interest in what your saying. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful. The initial outlook when you first go to Denburn is the terribly run down building (Im lead to believe they are moving) however the care has been excellent . The pharmacy that is located outside the practice has also been very helpful to us when we've needed them.

The receptionists is extremely unhelpful and rude, each time I call, I am being ignored or they are just simply saying goodbye without letting me finish the sentence. When you have more than one issue you have to fill numerous e-consults but more likely you will not get a solution anyway. Each month I have to call and fill e-consults to receive the sick note which would be fine if they actually send it. Horrible practice with very little help and empathy to ill people.

You cannot find a worse practice in Aberdeen. One of the receptionist is simply obnoxious. She will reluctantly take your question while sighing and rolling her eyes. Her heartless tonenmade me cry while pregnant. Another one barked at a poor granny. Not only do they show no compassion for the weak and the suffering but they also fail to understand to have a duty of care. The practice was closed 8 days 2 weekends during the festive period. They have forgotten to send me some tests samples, even after the hospital requested them, not always discussed my results, sent irretrievable prescriptions to the pharmacy, made many mistakes. Some of their staff are good, professional people, yet I fear that they would let the most serious conditions deteriorate for weeks or even months. At the moment with Covid, I cannot change practices and I feel trapped. I am apprehensive going there or reaching out to them. If you are thinking of registering with Denburn, I would advise to find a better place.

Not had any issues. Very busy surgery with busy staff. You get to speak to a GP the same day which is hugely beneficial albeit you often have to speak to different ones which isnt an issue for me but may be for some. Services were still provided since covid 19 started and I've still been able to get my prescriptions and talk to the doctors when ive called to ask or used their new online e appointments.
