Dr Champa Somaratna and the whole team at Kellyville Medical Centre are nothing short of amazing. They take the time to listen and really help you to get better. They have everything, the physio and pathology services that are in the same centre are all amazing!! Super convenient and excellent service all round from all the staff!

Dr. Joel Lee is great. He gives very prompt service. Use the health engine app to have an easy online booking process. Overall, very good medical centre.

I've had 3 issues in the last 24 hrs with this practice. 1. I had booked a 4.30pm appointment for my son's 18 month vaccinations. Waited in the waiting room and once I was seen was told I'd have to come back the next day as they don't do afternoon vaccination appointments as there may be issues overnight - this should have been caught upon arrival or at the time of booking. 2. When the vaccinations were done the next day, my son got the wrong vaccination and had 4 instead of 3 jabs. 3. I checked the Medicare vaccination records and they had missed lodging one of the vaccinations in the system and when I called they told me they would sort it out. Just checked, and it hasn't been sorted. There has been no apology from the practice and I'm just astounded by the incompetence of staff there. I have just moved to the area and thought I had found a good local family GP based on other reviews, however I will not be returning and strongly advise if you go for family vaccinations triple check what they are putting into your son/daughter and make sure to check that they have lodged it in the system correctly.

Awful service. Doctor was delayed by a full 45min, we were sitting there with our 6 mths old son, needless to say not ideal. When it finally became our turn, doctor didn’t even apologise for her delay, but instead informed us that she couldn’t attend to our son because we were there for a vaccination and because she was running late she couldn’t do it as she wasn’t willing to let us stay back for the 15min that is required post a vaccination - despite another patient still waiting in the waiting room anyway! So she asked us to leave. Never going back there, and can’t recommend that plaice to anyone.
