STRESSED NEW MUM Being pregnant for the very first time, I made an appointment with Inala Primary Care. Kate (I believe her name was) was very thorough and explained everything to me. When it came to confirming my appointment, I was experiencing a blocked nose. Instead of offering to rebook an appointment for me, Lan was rude and just cancelled my appointment. I am now left in the dark about what my next steps are and if I should continue trying to make another appointment with this clinic. I am anxiously waiting for a check up and referral to the hospital which is now not going to happen anymore. UPDATE - waited 2 weeks for my appointment only to get cancelled AGAIN. Still havent seen a doctor yet and I am now over 12 weeks pregnant.

Always friendly service. Ive been going there for years but am always happy when staff know me by name ( consider the amount of people they see a day /week / year... doctors take time and care.. my daughter and I have neve and had a non satisfactory visit there. They are wonderful...
