Our repairman seemed very helpful and professional at first. He located the issue and took the part home to repair because he was trying to help us save money on buying a replacement part. A week later he returned and installed the repaired part. It ended up costing much more than we were quoted and we never received an invoice. He talked about how much time and money it cost to get to our location. The part recently stopped working again and we requested a different repairman but were told warranty wouldn't cover unless we used the same person. When he contacted me we were quoted a price for travel and repair. I don't know if this is normal, but I don't think its very professional to charge for travel.
