This company has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They provided a 3 hour window for the appointment and showed up 3 hours late with no phone call or contact of any kind. The tech spent less than 10 minutes, said he did not have part to repair and the they would be in touch. This was on a Tuesday. By Friday they still had not called and when I contacted them they said the part was not available. Do NOT use this company!!!!

I would not recommend to anyone. I had an appointment set for 9 to noon. They never called to say they would be late. I had to call and check. My response was he would arrive between 3 and 6. They finally called at 10pm to see if it was alright for them to come over. I told them we would have to reschedule another day because my eight year old daughter was already asleep on a school night. They charged me another 59 to set up another appointment to which I had to cancel because they were late yet again and I had to go to work. I got a call a few days later with an apology for a Saturday appointment at a discounted rate to which they did not show up for the third time. On top of everything it took almost two weeks to get my money back. Don’t waste your time unless you have nothing better to do.

I love their prices and appliances. We had a house fire so we had to replace everything with no insurance and we have 5 children so we are always looking for a deal! We bought our washer and dryer, refrigerator, stand up freezer and stove. We were pleased with everything we bought that we have been back a couple times to buy appliances for our two oldest children who now have family's of their own!

These guys came out right away. I called for my dishwasher. It got serviced the next day. He had to run for part but he came back right away. He was done in less than an hour after coming back. I will recommend these guys without a doubt.

I am very satisfied! Their service was great from start to end! They serviced my Roper washer. I actually had a hard time finding a serviceman for it, but when it was Avon Appliance Repair that I called they immediately scheduled a repair man for me. Repair man was punctual, nice and explained the issue with my Roper before repairing it. He was knowledgeable, he got it running in no time and his charge was reasonable! As for me, I highly recommend them and will continue using!
