What a shame, I contacted Darren to come quote me on the fitting of a parquet floor in my new house, he seemed friendly on the phone. He gave me a date and time he could come out and quote me. He basically just didn't show up or pick up his phone. I called multiple times on the day he was suppose to show and finally at 19:11 he picked up and apologised for not showing. He explained he worked late and gave me another day ( I didn't mind these things happen) Again he hasn't shown up or picked up his phone. I would not recommend.

We are very pleased with the installation of flooring that Darren completed at our Cricket Club. Darren provided a range of samples for us and gave great advice on what would work best for our needs. He recommended the polysafe Verona which is easy for us to keep clean. Due to our lack of heating it was a difficult job which Darren executed perfectly. He was prompt and punctual and I would certainly recommend JD Flooring to anyone considering a professional installation.
Darren fitted a lovely hall, through to lounge and dining room laminate. He is a very hard working and accommodating workman. We had the sample books for over 2 weeks to choose our colour, no pressure. When ready with a date for fitting Darren was able to work round his busy schedule to accommodate the date my husband could take time off to be here even though he had other jobs then. He sweeps up and tidies after his work and now have a lovely fitted floor. He even replaced the carpet gripper for the correct one when my fitters put the wrong one down for my bathroom vinyl. Very professional, trustworthy and goes that extra mile for customer service. Will have Darren back to fit a new bedroom carpet for us after Christmas too.
The hand scraped golden oak wood flooring in my kitchen looks superb. Enjoyed a professional and personalised service throughout. Also had some some super quality laminate flooring in two bedrooms. Lovely job. A very experienced and professional flooring company.
Fantastic service - Darren was professional and helped me with the style I was looking for. I had the whole house floored in a variety of carpet. laminate and tiles and I was very impressed by the standard of work. I shall be using JD flooring again next time I need any flooring. I would recommend them for all flooring work.
