In store service non existent-guy clearly couldn't be bothered. Booked a morning appointment-had to phone at 11.55am to get them to send someone out! Plenty of other carpet stores so we're talking our business elsewhere!

Staff were rude unhelpful. Had a small budget to carpet our whole house with a baby. Slapped straight down apparently impossible top of his voice told to go round corner maybe some there. No measurements no attempt to try just shunned. Totally hurt embarrassed and stuck. Yet they preach to floor a full house hmmmm my budget accommodated yet he refused. Disgusted

Ive baghut the lamented flooring i payed the full amount of money and the fitter came out to fit the floor and they only did the living room and my bedroom and they dumped the flooring all over my flat and ive phone the store lots of times that i get no answer of them and ive got trough to them to try asking the fitter to come out to do the rest of the flooring and when the bloke on the phone told me that the fitter only beable to come out next year to fished it but im not willing to pay them another penny until the job is done customer service is rubbish

I came in a few times last month as we were getting an extension built.. not one sales assistant came over to help every time we came into the store.. they are always too busy chatting with eachother and don't even say hello when you come in.. one time the prat from the advert was chatting with a colleague and just looked up at me then turned away and carried on talking...each time I had to hunt someone down to help.. I'm assuming they don't work on comission! After being ignored so many times we went to carpet right which is just behind Frank's and they were excellent.. far cheaper, better quality and absolutely lovely assistants. We will never use Frank's again.. absolutely terrible!!
