Waited 2 weeks for fitting. Carpet fitter didn't show phoned shop they had put wrong address down. Waited another day he turned up carpet was to short for living room. Had to wait another 2 days for them to order carpet showed up today and its the wrong carpet so have to wait again. Will never buy from franks again and no help what so ever from shop or head office awful customer service
