Bethany Hall and Fantasia, at the Little Rock Chenal location, are the only reasons I'm giving this rating...they gave amazing customer service after a bad delivery order that happens often with On The border. They went above and beyond to make it right, instead of the normal reaction which is to make the customer feel like trouble when they complain. On The Border needs to desperately improve their To-Go quality and consistency because most of the time the orders are wrong and half the time not cooked properly. This time I was missing a salad, and the casserole from the family meal was about an inch thick with exposed tortillas on all the sides instead of being an actual casserole. It looked like something out of a Tic-Toc fail. Bethany, the manager on duty had our order remade and was so kind, she went above and beyond. Fantasia was the second person I spoke with on the phone, after being treated like a problem and being hung up on. She was very sweet and got a manager right away. These girls are the only reason I will be back. Thanks ladies, customer service isn't dead after all... Rebecca Vukmirovic

I’m giving 1 Star bc in order to leave a comment I have to. Is it now the standard of business in your restaurants to refuse to serve a police officer in uniform? This has happened in your Beltline and 183, Irving location and it is absolutely disgusting. I understand that these are trying times but there is no excuse for this behavior. Police put their lives on the line every day they put on that uniform! They do it for you they do it for me! Respect

Not the best experience, menu not lot of choices. Server seemed to have to many tables. Service was ok, not personal. When had HAIR IN MY DRINK, just brought new drink, said nothing. Got manager, just quick small non talk. Said not normal.... Busy store, walked away. Barely touched food...ate 1/2 of 1 taco ( had 3) . This made me lose appetite , told manager. Nothing taken off my bill. Didn't return to say anything more Date 1-11-2020 check 50020

We have been going to happy hour most Fridays for about 2 1/2 years at OTB. Great food and margaritas. Our server Shannon, Over 25 years with OTB was forced out by a pathetic manager that has now left. We recovered and struck up a relationship with another server named Shannon. Now our favorite manager TJ and the best bartender Rosco have been forced out. The new manager is a woman we have observed never helps her servers. Never helps clearing tables when they are slammed or bringing food. Last Friday we were floored when she asked if she could take our empty glasses. I was very tempted to ask, do you know what to do with them? We have finally decided that it is time to move on. What a pity. Management has no clue what is going on and the damage they have inflicted. I will be shouting from the rooftops to stay away from OTB on Ray Road. Very sincerely Jerry and Pamm Allston.
