I had a recent experience with a hacker getting into my business computer on a Thursday evening. I couldn't access any of my software to run my business. Bill was at my office as soon as I opened my doors Friday morning. He explained what he would do to remedy the situation and helped to calm my frayed nerves. His communication throughout the process was amazing, which was so helpful, as it was a very stressful situation for me. Bill had my computer back in the office Monday morning, good as new, and running my software in no time.
