The company were excellent in all respects. Questions were answered promptly. Unlike other companies advertising online training, SureSkills sent out the material well in advance. Booking the exam was a very simple process as SureSkils ensured everything was set up correctly. The facilitator had a very through understanding of the material and was willing and able all questions posed. Whilst the course was very intense the facilitator ensured it kept moving at a decent pace. Overall this was a fantastic experience with a very professional company.
