I wanted to write a full nice review to show all my gratitude towards Nicola, but it would get people bored. In some few words, I just want to say I'd recommend Nicola to everybody! She had my dream wedding dress, and I found it within less than a week of searches! Nicola was super nice and friendly, with tons of experience and assured me I'm making the right choice. She has all the measures in place now with the coronavirus, and accommodated all my needs! She stands out from all the bridal shops I've ever been! She did not want me to buy the dress straight away, as she wanted me to be sure this would be the dress I want. She made me a second booking, and got there ready to buy it. Best experience ever! Do not have enough words to thank you, Nicola! People - shop small! Support your local shops, such as Nicola's! They all need it in these hard times!

I cant rave enough about The White Wardrobe ! For me bridal dress shopping conjured up preconceived ideas and complete dread, 'a real fish out of water' feeling. I couldn't of been more wrong Nicolas approach and wealth of knowledge instantly put me at ease and dare I say it made me feel like from the ugly duckling will emerge a Swan! Fantastic experience above and beyond.

I went to the White Wardrobe for my first dress appointment last weekend and I had a great experience (just to mention that she had all the necessary procedures in place for Covid too, which was reassuring). Nicola made me feel really comfortable to select dresses that I wanted to try but also stepped in to provide advice when I needed it. She helped me find the style that worked for me - we played around with a couple of different shapes around my arms so I could quickly managed to narrow down what I liked. I would really recommend if you're looking for a tailored 1:1 service with expert advice.
Having absolutely no idea about what sort of dress I would like or what would suit me I booked an appointment with The White Wardrobe, Had an appointment with a big bridal store prior to this and that only made me feel even more confused. Went in and found a very cosy and friendly shop. Nicola was amazing, very knowledgeable, offering much appreciated advice tailored to my body shape and really listening to all my concerns and ideas. She was an absolute star, very spot on and I will always remember how she helped find \The dress\. Thank you Nicola and keep on bringing bright smiles on your lovely brides faces!
