Exceptional service...went in browsing with my daughter around Prom.Came away very satisfied.
If I could give no stars I would. Sent my daughter in to try on some prom dresses in the hope to find something really nice. Had an appointment booked so didn't just turn up. I asked my take pics for me because I was stuck at home with a very poorly toddler. When they arrived they had absolutely no help or service in finding the right dress, were not allowed to take photos for me to see and were told to leave after 25 minutes because a bride was coming. Their attitude was clearly that we were of no importance to them. No problem...my money will be spent elsewhere. Avoid this mercenary business unless you are a bride with a big budget or expect to be treated like an annoyance!!
I bought my wedding dress here and the service was truly incomparable to other bridal stores. When you are in the store the attention you get is amazing and there is absolutely no sales pressure. I went without my family before and then took my family and they just loved the service....ended up taking all the 8 bridesmaids there too and got their dresses there. The service to dress you on the day was impeccable, the dress arrived on time with no issues, all the adjustments were done to requirements. I live in London and travelled back and forth because it was totally worth it. Best bridal shop.
