We had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Bridal Shop and wouldn't hesitate to recommend! I think I was the first person on the phone to book when the shop re-opened following lockdown, and was remembered and greeted as a friend from the moment we arrived. The ladies in the shop were kind, funny and genuinely friendly - they made us feel comfortable and completely at ease. Becca and Jane looked after us throughout the appointment and guided us through a fantastic selection of dresses, really honing in on the elements I wanted. They were clearly extremely knowledgeable of their stock and trade as they were able to make suggestions or minor alterations that made huge differences. I found my dream dress that somehow has all the details I wanted (which I thought may have been impossible!) and they're still going above and beyond by working directly with the designer to ensure it's perfect. It's worth pointing out too that this fabulous boutique carries a seriously impressive range and housed all the designers I was interested in under one roof. All-in-all, a wonderful day that will stick with me for a long time and a dress I cannot wait to see again, thank you!
This is a fantastic shop bought my wedding dress here and truly had the best experience especially being slightly larger they made me feel welcome and comfortable like any bride.
I highly recommend Bridal Shop to all Brides-to-be! They have the most beautiful selection of wedding gowns and after trying on a number of options, I finally found the perfect dress for me! The ladies that work here are so friendly, helpful and patient and they made me feel very welcome; I can’t thank them enough for making it such a lovely, personal experience!
