Our thanks to the welcoming nature of the shop especially to Natalia who is such a caring seamstress. We were lucky to get her on day one and she advised us carefully what style suited my daughter and what style didn't suit her body . She suggested alterations to improve the dress which she did with great professionalism. When we picked up the dress yesterday Natalia came in on her day off to see the final fitting and carried the dress to the car . It was a very special part of our wedding prep from start to finish she cared so much that we all cried !!!!

From the very first visit I made to Sapphire/Ivory Bell wedding dress shop in August 2018, I was made to feel totally at home. I had tried on lots of dresses before visiting ivory bell - being told everything looked fantastic, even if it didn't at some places! Julie was extremely helpful with trying on different dresses. She introduced me to the shops seamstress, Nataliya, who certainly knew her stuff, she advised what styles suited me best in what I found to be a gentle and truthful manner. I returned in September 2018, several times, and eventually ordered my wedding dress. When my dress arrived, further visits ensued, I am very short, so my dress needed to have quite a lot of alterations, but I felt like I was in the best of hands. Nataylia's knowledge and professional expertise was amazing and her passion shone through in everyone of these visits, even when she had suffered a close personal loss. Nataliya made my dress fit me perfectly, and at a very reasonable cost too. I can not thank you enough Nataliya. You are amazing and such a lovely lady!
Visited today with a friend on what should have been an exciting wedding dress experience, instead we were greated with a rude member of staff who had no tact or professionalism. Once she found out my friend had interest in another dress, she asked to see a picture of it and then proceeded to tell my friend she looked fat in it; I can only assume this was to make her feel insecure so she wouldn't move forward with the purchase - i think anyone would agree that this is absolutely disgusting.
I visited this shop with my future daughter in law in the early days of her wedding dress search. We first looked at other bridal gown shops which churned out dresses in a conveyor belt style of service. Ivory Belle was different! It was a special, personal service and Nataliya the seamstress was absolutely professional and honest in every sense. She wants her customers to look their best. My daughter in law now has the most amazing dress fitted to perfection to suite her style and body which not only looks absolutely stunning but she will feel it too. Thank you Nataliya.
I’ve just left this store after trying on some dresses. The woman who fitted me was extremely unprofessional. I asked her several times for a fishtail styles dress, but she didn’t bring me any. She then proceeded to tell me I had a ‘big tummy’ and kept patting me on the stomach. I’d like to just point out that I’m a size 12 and yes I have a small tummy but the way she went on about it (and even told my friend who was with me the same thing after I was in the changing room) you’d think I was 9 months pregnant. Very sad experience and I would hate for anyone to go there who hasn’t got as thicker skin as me. To soon to be brides, please avoid.
