As other reviews have mentioned, customer support here is terrible. Please don’t buy from this store unless you have no choice. They don’t care about you at all. I placed an order which they shipped to the wrong country (!!). They refused to send me a new package and never offered to fix the situation. They also lied to me about the customs release process. It’s been almost three weeks and I have no idea where my package is. There is zero communication from the company unless I call or email them first.

Had some issues with email communication, but Marcus got back to me in the end to explain how busy they have been. They are recruiting more staff to cope with the workload. Hopefully I'll be able to place an order with them soon, but it was a shame that I had to use a different supplier this time.
