I bought my first bass guitar from this store. The staff were very friendly and helped me chose the right bass for me. When I bought the guitar home I noticed it was buzzing excessively. I brought it back to the store a few days later and the bass guitar specialist (Andy) kindly tried to fix the issue for me, however found that there was a fault with the truss rod and sent it back to the manufacturer to get repair. I was very thankful for the efforts made to get the bass fixed and they really went out of their way to resolve the issue for me which I really appreciated. I was updated frequently on the progress of the bass while I was waiting for its return, which was very considerate and at no point did I feel left in the dark. Today I receive my bass back, which was actually replaced with a brand new model, and it is absolutely perfect!! No buzzing what's so ever and feels better all round! It was checked over before I was asked to come in to collect it, and when I did arrive it was all ready for me. I would like to thank Drum and Guitar, in particularly Andy, for going above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. It is obvious that these guys really care about their customers, which sadly cannot be said about a lot of the musical instrument retail giants that seem to dominate the industry, and I would recommend anyone who values real customer service from real people to shop here. Thank you so much for making my first bass guitar purchase such a happy one and I look forward to shopping with you again in the very near future :) Amazing!!

Visited with my ten year old, can't fault them! No hard sell, just some good advice then gave us plenty of time and space to play about so that we could be sure with our choices, and a good range too, very reasonably priced. Safe and covid secure, will be going again when he's ready for an electric. Support your independent stores!
