American here - Bought a lyre harp from them a couple of weeks before Christmas. Requested they ship FedEx and they were accommodating, but ended up using their preferred shipper and was very happy with the service. Even called and spoke to them, which felt cool cuz you know its in Ireland. As for the instrument it was beautiful and functional. I purchased it because it is one of a kind, with a price that makes it far less common and far more exquisite than what can be purchased online. Very very happy. And now I want to buy more instruments from them.
