I bought my Pellet Stove from Heritage in 2015 It was our only heat source for 5 years. Very Reliable. We recently built a new home and had Heritage take our stove and clean it up service it paint it get it looking like new and install in our new home. It was so nice working with Jake at Heritage he made the whole process easy. His installers are AWESOME. Heritage had my stove looking like new, they had to cut out drywall to find their pipe and they did such a professional job returning the cut sheetrock around the pipe. I was so impressed. That is why I will always use Heritage. Great Service Great Product Awesome People!

Heritage put in a full bathroom in my basement, and they did a great job. Working with Garrett was easy and straightforward, I told him things I wanted for my bathroom and he had some good suggestions which I took. From start to finish they were respectful of my house and kept in contact with me throughout the project. I text the tile, vanity, light fixture, and told him the type of doors and molding I wanted to him, and he took care of the rest. The subcontractors they used for mudding, painting, plumbing, and tile were fast and did a great professional job. The plumber was able to match my bath tub and faucets with my other bathrooms. The whole project turned out looking outstanding.

When my wife and I made the choice to move to North Eastern Utah we knew the climate would be cold and snowy, especially after living in Las Vegas, NV for twenty years. After finding and purchasing a property we both agreed that we wanted another wood burning pellet stove as we had in Idaho when we lived there. As the summer became fall and the temps began to drop our propane central heat furnace provided sufficient heat, but it wasn't the cozy feeling that a fireplace provides. The search for a pellet stove began. After hours of internet searches and reviews on the various brands of stoves we came to the conclusion that the Harman line was what we wanted in our home, now to find a dealer. Visiting several local HVAC companies, with no luck, it was time to expand our search. I went east to Colorado, and then west to the Wasatch front, I found pellet stove dealers, but they didn't act like they wanted to sell anything, let alone a pellet stove. Then I found Heritage Home & Fireplaces. Immediately I knew they were who I wanted to deal with. Two hundred plus miles away from where I live, but I could tell just from phone conversations it would be worth the distance. Now I have an Absolute 43 installed and running and it is amazing. The service and knowledge at Heritage is outstanding, they always have answers to questions and are a friendly customer service oriented establishment. We had 2 fireplaces installed 3 years ago. Each year since whenever we try and turn on the one fireplace, it won't light up. We've had to had people come fix the issue each year. Brady is amazing but it's clear there is a design flaw in our fireplace because one works, the other one doesn't.

Jake Clonts oversaw our basement renovation earlier this year and we could not have been happier with how everything went! We were worried about coming in contact with too many people during the quarantine so all of the workers entered the basement through the window well, making it easy for us to continue social distancing. Many of the weeks there were employees at our home Monday-Saturday making sure everything got finished in a timely manner. It took less than two months for the project to be completed and Jake was incredibly helpful with every step of the process! Our basement turned out perfect and we can not recommend Heritage enough!
