I love getting my car serviced here, the check-in area is huge and there is a waiting area with free internet, restrooms, and charging cables for your phone. They explain everything fully, you can get alerts that your vehicle is ready by text. I travel a lot for work and they are able to schedule me for service as quickly as possible when I am in town.

They will rip you off on a trade in for one. Then if you do walk in with cash it seems like they just want you to leave because they will not work a good deal for you. If you come here bring cash or have financing already figured out. Don't tell them this info for any reason. Just work the deal based on pricing that you want to pay. Do not fill out the credit app they will run it 6 times in ten minutes then guess what, your credit score will drop keeping you from being able to go anywhere else to buy a car and possibly lose your current approved financing. Walk in knowing what car you want and then fight to drop the price while never discussing monthly payments. Just tell them the payment is not a concern your only concern is how much you want to pay for their vehicle they need to sell. Do not have a trade in because they will try to trick you into getting it so cheaply you might as well turn around and walk out the door. Then once you have gotten a price you are happy with including GAP coverage, that is when you tell them you have financing in line already and pay for your new vehicle. Do not listen to they can do better or any of their scripted phrases. Good luck!!!
