I took my car to Budd's for the first time to get a comp oil change done on my new car. It was convenient as they are close to my work. ALL STAR service!! First off I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was! From the minute I drove my car into the bay. They have a comfortable seating area with complimentary coffee (the good stuff too) And they had me in and out in an hour. I got an email letting me know my car was ready and I was out the door. What shocked me, is that they even washed my car!! I actually gasped...out loud....when I saw it. I will definitely be going there for future service . Thanks for the great experience!

After dealing with many other dealerships who brushed me off, or wouldn't help me with the car I wanted, It was so nice to experience the staff at Budd's go out of their way to accommodate me. Their service is 10/10! The friendly, caring staff is awesome! Farid helped me with the deal and set up everything so getting my new car was seamless! Whilst the salesperson was very good, the adverts of top prices paid and low rates of interest are complete fairy tale, had a trade valued with them they were over 2k lower than the next nearest or 20% lower against a like for like car, and the interest rates were higher than anyone else, incredibly misleading marketing.

I was in the dealership today inquiring about a new Silverado. Customer service here has always been great. They are very helpful and willing to take the time to show me what I need to see. I was also very happy to see that they had a pick up truck in the show room supporting the Oakville Fire Department toy drive for Christmas. The Budd’s family always seems to be so supportive of our local community and fire department. ️
