Switched to Harold's from another company with company no-service and we were blown away. We were out of propane and the other company told us 10 days IF we wanted to pay an extra 300 for \expedited\ service. Harold's came out the same day; gave us an emergency amount, moved the other company's tank out of the way and is coming back today to fill the tank. The two men were absolutely wonderful! I didn't know customer service like this existed any more. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone tired of their no-service propane company!!!

Went in today to purchase one propane tank and fill another which was partially empty. Lady inside stated the guy who fills the tanks wasn't there and didn't know when anyone would be back to fill it. Then decided to get an attitude because I didn't want to leave my half full tank and pay full price for an exchange. Plenty of other places to purchase from and I won't return.
We are thrilled with Harold's Propane. When searching for a gas provider, we had 2 companies not bother to return our call even when they said they would! Harolds Propane did everything they said they would do, on time ! Everyone we dealt with, the woman answering the phone, the men installing our tank and the those filling it up, was courteous and efficient. We can't say enough. Thank you Harolds Propane!
I just bought a house with a propane tank. I have never dealt with propane and I didn't know anything about it. I could not tell you what in my house I actually needed it for. After calling and going back & forth with another company trying to get a delivery scheduled,I finally called Harold's. The guy that came out was very knowledge and gave me a run down on what I was using propane for as well as information about my tank. The other company I was going to use told me different things between their customer service and the local office.My tank was at 5% when I 1st called them. They said my appointment would be expedited due to my percentage. They got me scheduled for january 6th. That's two weeks after I first called them. I called Harold's and they were able to get someone out next here the very day.
Harold's Propane has the best customer service of any company I've ever used. Always friendly and helpful, always prompt (even when I know they are extremely busy). Their prices are most reasonable, too. I love the heater I bought from them. The man who comes to give me the propane is wonderful because he explained what was dangerous about my old heater. Today he answered a question I had been wondering about and set my mind to rest again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs propane.
