Updated post. New Hope Gas Company's owner called me in regards to providing a quote on installing a Generac whole house generator. Couldn't be more pleased with his honest recommendation on a suitable generator and its features, warranty, etc!! They are a turn key installer which means one call for complete install as there are many separate services that go into a generator install.

Update, After making my initial post I was about 5 minutes from completing opening an account with another Gas Company. I received a call from the owner of New Hope Gas Company. Speaking with the owner it was apparent that he did some research as he contacted me via phone and was aware of what had transpired. The owner did not sugar coat anything. He admitted it was a poor management decision and that he would be corrected immediately (that is something that very rarely happens). The owner displayed concern and asked if he could be allowed to correct is mistake. The owner corrected the situation within 36 hours. Running a business is hard work and mistakes will be made. This owner recognized that something did not work right, owned up to the mistake and moved to correct it. I posted the first review to let people be aware what happen with this Gas Company. So it is only fair that I post any contact or results of the post. Very good job Sir, it will be a pleasure to continue business with you. I am a Disabled Veteran and I have been a customer since I moved into our this home over 4 years. I have called and was filled up when I called with no problem. I pay on time without any incidents. Will this Disabled Veteran make 5. Called for a fill up about 2 months ago. After about for over weeks of not being filled up I contacted New Hope. I was told the driver will try to get around to me if he can since I am not on a route. After another week I call back and was told no more deliveries until fall or I can pay an additional charge to have it delivered. Bad business and even worst excuse. It should not make a difference what I just propane for. I get it I pay for it. I will say that customer service was not rude but, still yet a lame excuse by the drivers or who is in charge of that department.
Update: so I am changing my review after the care that was offered after. The president of the company contacted us and asked what happened and he said he would get it sorted out. Not only did we get a estimate but we got the tank in sooner than expected. Very pleased with their service and impressed by the professionalism of the staff. We had an estimate schedule to set up our fireplace which is two weeks out from the time I first called. On the day of the appointment we got a call that the technician cannot make it which again has been scheduled two weeks ago. The woman said we’ll be called the following day but we never got a call. Very disappointed for a customer who just wants to start up a service with you guys.
“Mistakes may happen in life however when you acknowledge and correct them it will determine your true character. “ Recent had an incident on December 12 , 2018 that occurred with a delivery that was over filled. Upon talking with the manager in person( December 13, 2018), a civil understanding of the mistake resulted in a responsible agreement to correct the overfill by voiding the charges for the mistake surplus and to re balance the fuel point.
