I was searching for some replacement filters for my high-end Trane heat pump HVAC system, and couldnt find them anywhere. Brenda saved the day! She called me, got the part numbers, found the filters, called me back, and shipped them to me! Intelligent and service oriented, what a concept!

My AC units broke down on a Friday night. The technician came out on Saturday and was very professional and took care of the problem quickly. I am sorry I did not get his name but, I highly reccomend this company and will use them in the future.
