Marco was first rate. Responded promptly to calls or text when i required anything. Actually on site majority of the time i showed up to pickup or drop my trailer and always willing to help out. Stand up guy! Doing seasonal camping for now because of restrictions but definitely will be our first choice again when the need arises. Thanks Marco from my wife and I.

Such excellent service moving in. I was able to rent a truck through Uhaul on the property and the Lady was so nice. Went and loaded stuff up came back. The owner was amazing couldn’t have gone better. Would suggest this storage facility to everyone.
I have had a great experience with Waterdown Self Storage. I have kept my boat here for over a year and Mark has always been accommodating. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for storage.
Storage facility was clean and easy to get access in to. Owner was accessible and there was no fuss in starting and ending the rental of the unit. I would use them again if needed.
This place is awesome! As a first time RV'er I was a little self conscious when I first brought my trailer to the storage yard. I told Mark I was worried about parking it for the first time and he agreed to meet me onsite to help. Mark was amazing! Not only did he help, he provided me with some tips that I still use today. Skipping forward. We are now in our second year storing our RV here. It is secure and Mark is always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Waterdown Self Storage.
