Absolutely amazing place. Dorothy the manager up there will do anything to help you out and make your experience there one of a kind. The units are the best priced in town and very nice. I would recommend these units to everyone.

When I first rented here it was ok but found out they don't tell you about charging 2 separate fees if your late I was charged 15.00 and then 45.00 for being late and I have 2 units which is 120. Extra plus the fee of my rental and I was told they charge 2 fees I thought 15 or the 45 depending on how long I was late. I'm moving my stuff out and they have rats here. I have feces on all my stuff now. All others are cheaper and don't charge so much for late fees and some don't charge at all. Different owner then before. I wouldn't rent here.

If you need a place to store things you don't really care for, this is the place. I paid in full for 3 months on March 11th, So I should have until the 11th of June to get out, right? Nope: You need to be out on the 1st of June. Luckily I stopped by to get some tools, thinking I still had a few days, I had to get all my stuff out by 4:00 P.M. or I would be locked out. No phone call or email, They were just going to lock me out. I thought living in a smaller town, people would be considerate. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. People are busy, a heads up would have been nice.
