Typically priced storage. Hours are fairly short on the weekends. Never expect to get through on the phone. There is always a busy signal. Bathroom is outside, cold during the winter and pretty gross

This is a PSA to never store anything at International Boulevard Self Storage in SeaTac. They had decent reviews at the time, so I stored nearly everything from my apartment there when I moved home to help take care of my dad for awhile. My unit was broken into. On top of having most of what I cared about stolen, the rest of what I cared about in there has severe water damage or rodent damage. And of course, the storage insurance I was required to purchase from the facility doesn’t cover water or rodent damage. My burglary insurance claim ended up being denied too. Finally, the employees of the storage facility gave me incorrect info about how to file claims, told me they would prorate my rent for the month I moved out, and then closed my account without telling me and did not prorate me.
