Elis employee damaged my snowboard by dropping several caddies on top of it in front of my hotel(Pierre et Vacances Plagne Lauze), did not even apologise, just played dumb. Could not speak 1 word english and was being very unprofessional. Still trying to contact the company to deal with this issue, but they are ignoring me so far.
