Sunday and Tara were the upmost health aides personnel they went above and beyond the call of duty. Linda in food services was fabulous she didn’t let you go hungry one bit. The food was out of this world. I would also like to give high honors to Cassie my case manager she was awesome. Highly recommend this establishment for treatment. And don’t let me forget Keith as he too was one of the staff that kept me interested in staying. Thank you all for your help and wisdom it will take me a long way into recovery!!! I would also like to add that I recommend room 1219 it is an awesome room with a balcony

I have not been to the facility but they misled me while I was trying to go into Greenhouse. After many calls, it turns out that I would have been going to a different facility (which works with the VA). This was NEVER said throughout the many calls. They wouldn't medically clear me, since I have a chronic illness, until they received the consult packet which tells me that they only care about the money. Most importantly, their VA team said that the other (non-affiliated) treatment center \sucked\. This is another red flag. Needless to say, I will not be going here. It seems the reviews about their caring only about are correct. Very disappointing.

It’s a very nice place. The staff was amazing. I really liked the approach that the client advocate Keith takes and the nurses do a great job. But the business department is completely ridiculous. After riding a greyhound from Wichita Kansas there and being an addict for over 15 years and on my own deciding to quit and leaving my 4 kids I thought I was finally taking the right steps in life. After being there for 3 days I met with them just to verify everything and they said my insurance did cover and my deductible has been met. Two hours after that meeting they said insurance didn’t cover and I had to go. So without a way home yet I hit the streets of Dallas with my bags of clothes. That was very un professional and made it 10 times worse for me to stay sober. But my mind was already set so I’m still 25 days sober today. I hope they learn to figure issues like that out before it happens to someone else. Other then that it was a fabulous place to be

I have been to other treatment centers, luxury treatments, but the Greenhouse saved my life they have compassionate and caring staff, they helped me in so many ways and I can’t thank them enough. The Greenhouse is a place to grow in your recovery and if you need help reach out and talk to someone there they are Amazing. Thank you so much for your support and tools to help me with my journey.Satisha and Coleen truly are very caring and compassionate in so many ways you made it possible for me to learn and grow, the two of you are very special and amazing people, Thank you so much.

6 months later and still sober. Not going to bother with the negatives, they will very with everyone's experience. Wouldn't change a thing, met lifelong brothers there. The staff was incredible, Jordan, Josh, Phil, Mark, the house keeping, kitchen and security all made the experience better. You will get the help you need if you truly want it. There are rules, it's not a prison. They take all of the nonsense (cooking, cleaning, laundry) out of the equation so you can work on you. I don't plan on ever going back but I would if I needed to.
