The Manor Clinic is an absolutely excellent facility for those wishing to recover from addictive/ behavioural issues. The nursing staff are available 24/7 for literally any worry however trivial. The therapists Sarina, Jacqui, Karen and Lisa have years of experience and are all excellent in their help and advice to the struggling addict, although do not expect to go there for a relaxing time! It's hard to take in some of the negative reviews on here, the idea is to get you back into society with the skillset of being a decent human being so, yes learning to tidy up after yourself and have 3 meals a day etc.,maybe even being spoken to straight is to be expected. The food is amazing and you will likely put on weight... The main thing is if you can do the 28 day programme then do, despite the comments again on here it really is the most valuable thing you can have to get a sober life back and trying to put a price on that is impossible! Thank you to all the Staff for the amazing things you do on a daily basis!!

Where to start?! As a whole, the Manor could not care less about you unless you are staying and paying for 28days (impossible in most cases) All therapy staff are patronising and dismissive and some need to brush up on their people skills. Medication was incorrect on more than one occasion, staff missed, got wrong and it was completely irregular timing... most of the time chasing someone down to find out where your Medication is!! The staff do not communicate between themselves and no one seems to know what is going on. If you have any food intolerance or allergies this will not be catered for and you will have to order your own food. There is nothing to do here other than stand in the very small garden, sit in your room or have the unfortunate experience of group therapy sat in a shed for 8hrs a day where you will be ridiculed, accused and have to deal with the awful therapy staff. The rooms are not up to scratch at all! Out of date, need decorating and small (certainly not worth the money you're paying) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There will be somewhere much better where they actually care for their patients
Therapy staff are awful, patronising and rude. I paid for two weeks, then after arriving was told I couldn't take part in therapy sessions? What was the point in me coming then? And paying 4k a week for a room and some meds?! So left after a week! The only good part about the place were the amazing clinical staff who knew what management were like and shafting people throughout corona and the year. Still full price stay but none of the things advertised provided! Don't waste your money and go somewhere else. Therapy staff are horrific, one ex junkie up on her high horse was so demeaning and rude, decided to corner me and belittle me in front of her other mate so she'd have an alibi, then denied the whole thing. Corrupt as sin.
I dont now where the guy C S local guide went, he/she obviosly didnt go to the same Manor clinic that i went too, to leave a review like that. I cant thank The Manor enough, its changed my life, my families life and my Married life, the thearapists where fantastic as where all the staff. I sugest who ever you are to book yourself back in as you obviosly still need treatment. Thank you again The MAnor Clinic
Only interested in long term clients and money. Horrible self centred therapists. Diane the chef was wonderful as were care staff.
