I carried in two motorcycle tire and wheels to be balenced. They tires were already mounted on the wheels. Not on the bike. Came back later and was charged 110 dollars for the balance job. I was floored. They would not budge on the price. One month later I walked by the bike and the wheel weights have fallen off and are laying on the ground. The stick on weights did not stick. Rip-off and poor quality work. Will never return.

Service is terrible. Brought my 900 Ranger in early spring for full service and new belt. Took it home, drove down gravel roads and belt broke again. Now they say clutch is shot also. They went through the clutch first time and said it looked good.

service department is cocky and lacking knowledge on older Polaris items. I went in for a bulb for a polaris xplorer 400 ATV dual headlamp and both times they got it wrong. Thank GOD for Walmart because I typed in the info listed above and got the correct build, 1/2 week later the light is working again.
