They offer all sorts of advice. So so friendly. Would rather go here than my local GP.
Nice staff, wait times can be anything from 15 minutes to an hour but that's to be expected with the doctor surgery across the street.
Staff need training in customer service
I see waiting times haven't changed over the years. 30 minutes with nobody apart from 4 employees in shop. Went to Caldwell bay and timed at 4 minutes turn around.
