Nothing works at the evening and night. There’s no space to left large luggage like ski/snowboard equipment. There are no one at information desk. Worst airport

Flew in/out May 2018. Clean and easy move about. Car rental return was slightly difficult to find so ask before you leave. Roads are clearly marked to France on the Swiss side and crossing was seamless. A GPS is a good idea if you rent a car. Bring your own with EU maps. It's cheaper. Zero complaints with average options to kill time while waiting for your flight.
In lockers rental it is not obvious that you can open it only once even if you rent a locker for 6 hours - once you open it (e.g. if you forgot to take something with you), you have to pay 12CHF again. This is stated only in one place and with small letters on a price list that one can hardly notice. This is counter- intuitive, misleading and inconvenient. staff was also quite unfriendly and did not acknowledge that this should be stated in a more obvious and visible manner.
Check-in and security always goes smoothly, with waiting times around 5-10 minutes at security maximum. However, if you come in from outside of Europe and have to pass border control, you're in for a long long wait. Often it takes around 30 minutes for residentsEU nationals, and it seems like at least some that time for non-EU/Swiss people...
Compact and functional facility, and very close to city central.
There is no passage between Swiss and French secteur of airport anymore ; no shuttle bus either , so the only way is to take a taxi: 20 sfr for 50 m. Thank you !!!!
Usually very efficient but if you are traveling during popular holiday times it is total chaos.
Easy to get to but seems they have taken on a lot more flights than their airport can facilitate. Security queue was trailing back through all the shops it was that long.
