Everyone is very friendly, it's clean, and quiet. I'm thankful to find this community! The leasing office is always easy to get ahold of and I love that it's so pet friendly.

Although I had a rough beginning moving into this apartment, I was helped by the management appropriately. A peaceful and affordable community. Highly recommended for young single residents and families.
I remember when Avondale station was built. I was very young. My family and I lived on Sycamore Drive. They offered my parents money for the house and they paid well. I believe it was 1974 when we left there.
We have Great community We Feel secure here No roaches in my apartment I will highly recommend renting an apartment here. My children love playing out, we feel safe
Great maintenance staff! Once a crystal wine glass was broken. Naturally, I assumed the elfs had entered my flat again. The broken glass was baged with a note explaining the accident. Everyone knows elfs can't write. Then the senior maintence man Anthony knocked at my door to explain, and offered to pay for the damages. I was shocked by his honesty and care. I much would have preferred to blame the elfs, as I have always attributed unexplained occurrence on them. It give me great comfort to know someone. will entered my unit that is honest and trustworthy. Congratulation to Manager Trish for bringing him on board !
