The staff got me out of my comfort zone and trying on things I wouldn't have dreamed of otherwise. As a result, I fell in love with a dress which was the polar opposite of what I'd said I wanted, and it looks better than I ever could have imagined. Both of the girls I chatted with were absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, put me at ease and managed all of this in the middle of a pandemic. I can not thank Brides and Beauty enough for such a wonderful experience, and for getting me a great deal on the most beautiful gown I've ever seen fab!

So since I’ve FINALLY got my wedding dress from them I need to leave a review *doing it here cos for some reason they’ve turned off their option** Bought my dress JULY 2018 - paid outright in cash November 2018 I get a call to ask what colour dress I want Called December 2019 for an update - they said call 8 weeks before Started calling at 8 weeks. Everyday for 10 days I would call about 2-3pm ‘il call you tomorrow’ she would say. She then messaged via Facebook (no call) for a fitting date. (18th feb - 3 weeks 6 days before the wedding) said I needed to pay her 150 for alterations before she could book a fitting date. 10pm the night before fitting she messaged me via Facebook with A ‘ ’ face to say my dress hasn’t came in and it was due the Wednesday. I heard nothing the Wednesday from them. They seamstress said it was due at her house at 5pm. It didn’t turn up until 7pm - I went at 9pm for a fitting, underskirt was missing. Told me it was in the back of her car, told the seamstress she forgot it They dropped it off the next day. Went yesturday finally for my fitting. 3 weeks 1 day. The seamstress told me she still hasn’t received her money (for the alterations) that I transfered to the company on 23rd January. These have been the 1 and only ball-ache of planning a wedding.. NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Should be minus stars for this shop plz avoid at all costs they very nearly ruined my daughters wedding after getting nearly 5000 pound for dresses absolutely terrible service
First class service for my daughters wedding, nothing was a problem for the staff, very professional service, many thanks
