Shelly was and is a gem to work with! Even though we didn't find the RV we LOVED, she worked so hard to find one for us! We haven't given up yet! Cody, the general manager would have given us a heck of a deal. So blessed to meet such awesome people. We loved how Cody thoroughly explained everything on the buy/sale side. Very genuine people. Highly recommend them and truly loved working with them! They really cared about your needs and there was no high pressure sales! Love that!

Wish there was a way to select no stars. Do not risk your RV by taking it here. They have no idea what they are doing. Took our RV to have the backup camera repaired. They called and said it needed a new monitor and agreed on what we should purchase. We had a trip planned and said we would bring it back for the repair when the new monitor came in. Went camping and the slide outs wouldn’t go out. Brought them the monitor and they then said it was the camera. Brought them a camera. They called again and said it was the wire from the monitor to the camera and it would take 10 days to run a new wire. We told them to stop. And just fix the slide outs. They said it was a relay and they replaced that (strange the coincidence with all the wires around the same area). The pics show how we received it back. Does not show the old camera and screws left on the roof. My husband worked on it this AM and determined it has something to do with the power coming into the monitor. He will figure it out. These guys have no idea what they are doing.

The absolute best buying experience I've ever had. Christina V. Is a great sales person, and a pleasure to deal with, Cody made the finances happen with extras that I wasn't expecting. These folks definitely work for their customers! They definitely keep your best interests in mind. It was very obvious that they want customers and are not looking to just sell you a camper. Thank you both very much , I greatly appreciate both of you

I’m a fist time travel trailer buyer. I’ve always went camping with tents or a pop- up trailer. I’ve been looking at used trailers buying from an individual for a while now. But decided on a new due to having a warrant on it. I went to Gander RV in Mesquite and met my sales person. Gary was the best. Wanting to know what my needs were and what I would like in a new trailer. He was very informative and let me have time to browse all that they had. The financing was very quick and painless. No hassles. I am definitely go there for service on my new trailer and when the time comes but another new one there. I was very satisfied with the experience.
