From the beginning my experience was great! My salesman, Alan Reynolds, was so helpful and patient. He took me to dozens of campers until I found exactly what I needed and didn’t leave me then. He walked through the entire process with me down to putting away my purchases from the camp store. He talked dogs with me and seemed to love mine! Even held them on the golf cart. He is now my new son. Then he introduced me to my next favorite person: Dan took me under his wing and explained every working detail of my camper, even giving me helpful little suggestions like using a drill for the bolts on the side. It wasn’t just a technical training but very practical with his own special ideas that were so practical! Yes I have two new boys who are great as well as a wonderful little camper!

I was looking for some information about different types of RVs so I went out shopping and stopped by Gander RV. The staff was extremely friendly and Alan, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed us all the RVs we wanted to look at. He explained some of the features of the RVs and and he told us the advantage of shopping with Gander RV as far as learning how to use the RV and such. I would definitely go back and shop there. Alan said he would stay in touch and let me know about other RVs that come in that may be more in my price range. I was really appreciative of his helpfulness.

Arrived a little early and we were greeted by staff and our salesperson was notified we were there. Everyone was super friendly and anxious to help. Teressa found us in the store area introduced herself with loads of enthusiasm and led us out to look at the options she had picked for us. We looked at several options and Teressa patiently allowed us to keep going. We found a couple of units close to what we want and plan to return in 4-5 weeks to make our purchase. I highly recommend this down to earth, patient, enthusiastic and charming young lady to help you find your next or first camper. She did a great job!
