I absolutely loved it. Any military enthusiast woul. So many armored vehicles, guns and systems at one place... I felt like Alice in the Wonderland. Spent by roaming the museum more than 5 hours and would not hesitate comming back. Very good. The only downtown thing is the descriptions are just in German. AAA experience anyway! Will definitelly come back to see the King Tiger when fully restored!!!

Museum was perfect!
Love this place, every year they do Tank Weekends devoted to various tanks & countries. This year it was about WW2 tanks.
A surprisingly large museum with an active group of volunteers maintaining the vehicles. Combine a visit with the nearby bunker tour for an interesting few hours.
The Swiss military Museum was interesting to visit. it contains two big halls: one dedicated to tanks and army vehicles and the other, three stories high dedicated to the equipment used during wartime. The museum contains a bistro restaurant as well as a gift shop at the entrance. think the entry price of 15 CHF is a little too high
Amazing collection of old military equipment and vehicles. The yearly fair was great fun, got to ride in a tank!
