I have been dealing with Fredrick Ford for over 20 plus years. I always come back for 1 of the most important assets of a retailer. Its the service. I must say Bonnie is wonderful who is in the service dept. She is very friendly and gets to know you. I know when I call her it will be taken care of. When I need service Bonnie always returns my call and also calls me with a price before they do anything to my vehicle. I also like to deal with Mark Malone the manager. It makes the sale easy and is very interested that you get what you want in a vehicle.

Jermaine did a great job helping my wife and I purchase a new (to us) vehicle. He was very friendly and did not make us feel pressured despite us getting to the store late and not able to finish up the paper work to purchase the vehicle we were looking at until after their regular business hours. I would recommend you speak to Jermaine if you are interested in purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle.

UPDATE: Had an issue with the title, spent about 96 to get it back from Texas to the dealer to correct and they refused to reimburse the money for their mistake. They agreed it was their fault, but stated it was the cost of doing business. OLD POST: I saw a truck I've been searching for on their website, called and reached Michael who I explained that I lived several hours away and I wanted to come take a look at the truck. He agreed to at least give me a fighting chance by ensuring it stayed on the lot until I arrived the next evening. He set me up with Mr. A. Parker who went above and beyond of what I ever expect a salesman to. He answered every question I had, and he ensured everything went as smooth as possible. I met their GM Mr. Malone and usually dealer GMs are pushovers, but Mr. Malone was definitely a leveled person.
