Years ago we had a very bad experience that we never got over, at Fred Haas Toyota Spring Texas. It seemed the staff wanted to make an example out of one of it's own employees (our decent contact sales person), they sent in another salesperson and stooped to culturally-insensitive tactics to drive us (buyers) to higher sales bids repeatedly (from the agreed price we came in to sign). We were so disgusted that we walked out simply as a matter of principle. We then wrote a letter to the owner (Mr. Haas) who had to intervene in order to rectify the seriously disgraceful tactics used by the other employees. They attempted to rectify it with apologies. We were so tired and frustrated at the end of the day we just gave up and ended up buying the car at around 9 pm (our first car that we needed because we traveled by bus). Much later we found that we were charged a bunch of additional hidden costs/fees including basic car mats (all of which were already negotiated to be included as part of the base price). We felt they were disrespectful, disgraceful and despite diversity in employment, culturally insensitive sales tactics were employed. We are reminded of this harrowing and distasteful experience when we look at our car. We cant even afford to trade it in for something else. We still recollect this bitter experience after all these years and would not feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone.

We are so very thankful to have had a wonderful, smooth experience from the moment we arrived at Fred Haas Toyota World! Our salesman Elmer was excellent at listening to our wants/needs, getting us the price and particular vehicle we wanted and thorough through the entire process. The vehicle purchase was for our son, a very ecstatic almost 16 year old! The finance manager Miguel was also great and explained everything in detail making that process just as smooth and easy. Overall the best vehicle purchase experience, thus far. We are very happy with our purchase and thankful for our extraordinary experience. God is good! #toyotatacoma

Everyone in the dealership is cool, very chill and will not rush you into a vehicle. Went in the dealership with a car already In mind and they actually sold me a better trim for the same price. Very nice and will work hard to help you. I recommend this dealer to anyone. Shout out to Brittany Foster, she went all out of way to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted with everything I wanted in it.
