Beaver Toyota is the place to go if you're car shopping!! This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever, ever had!! I highly recommend asking for Joey! He and his team went above and beyond. When they tell you that you leave as family, they mean it! They have definitely earned a lifelong customer here!

My husband and I located a used vehicle we were interested in on the Beaver Toyota website. We used the chat tool to inquire about coming to do a test drive. Our experience was very smooth and painless from that point forward. Their chat company helped arrange an appointment for us that fit our schedule, we were immediately assigned to a specific sales person, Brad W, who connected with us right away. Brad had our vehicle of interest up front and waiting when we arrived and helped us make it safe to have 2 small children ride along with us. Meanwhile he evaluated our trade option while we were out with the new vehicle. Brad then helped us get our children settled in the play area so they could have fun while we discussed the vehicle. Many of the staff, especially Pam, stopped by to interact with our children and offer help/refreshments while we came to a decision. We did purchase the vehicle, and the Finance team was fast and experienced. Fastest and most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. Would return for another purchased when we need a new vehicle and ask for Brad Williamson!

I brought my vehicle in for service and couple minor issues for them to look at: 1. Vehicle sometimes couldn't detect my key even with new battery. 2. Power lift gate makes grinding noise once a while (it's still operational, but wanted them to inspect just in case). Then their technician #331 blamed those conditions on the LED bulbs that I installed. I removed those and brought it in the 2nd time, yet the technician still blames the issue is from the LED dome light that I installed are causing issues. For the power lift gate noise, again the tech commented it \may\ be from the aftermarket dash cam and LED wires that was rubbing against...something? Basically the technician is telling me Toyota makes junk cars that anything aftermarket being present in the vehicle would destroy it's performance and features? I attached screenshots of the comments made by the tech so everyone can see for themselves. There are things that I like about this dealer. The valet and my service adviser Brooke are super polite and very professional, and my car gets complimentary car wash every visit. However, the main reason to visit the service center is to get the car serviced and repaired properly. If their technician couldn't even do that one job and rather spending his time on making excuses instead of working on the real issue then it's obvious that they don't want my business and I would not want to go back wasting my time in the future.

It’s always a pleasant experience to visit Beaver Toyota. This was second time I had Pat as my customer advisor and she is professional and pleasant. She listens and recommends services. Service was done quickly too. I have to say the ambiance there is very friendly.

Got drawn in by inexpensive oil change. Oil change done as expected. The courtesy inspection found 16 items needing attention. I checked the first 5 items and found none were needed. In addition the center console was emptied and rifled through though nothing was missing because we emptied anything of value from it before bringing it in for service. Not too wowed by them.
