If I could give a no star rating I would. Very bad bedside manners. I was told to get over here so the doctor could see me and instead of being polite and saying,” please come here”,he demanded. He also told me,” if you don’t think any medication doesn’t have any side effects, you’re wrong”. As a healthcare provider, I’m fully aware of this. I also know that people can be on medications they can tolerate. He wasn’t very friendly and very cut and dry just like the lady in the front. The lady in the back was very friendly. The only thing I can say about him is, he was attentive to my pain in my wrists and wanted to order the tests I needed. Also, you can’t ever get a hold of them via phone most of the time. They also state in their paper work that one email a week is suffice and anymore than that is 20 an email. Are you serious???? also, my pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them to fix the prescription order for my medicine and that was weeks ago. Still no reply. I would rather go to Gainesville and get better care than what I received. Not even so much as a goodbye and have a nice day on the way out to checkout. Everyone was right in warning me of his bad bedside manners. Very disappointed.

I found all the girls very pleasant. I had an emergency and had to reschedule my sleep study they were very understanding. Though my issues are very small compared to most of these stories he was thorough and I feel confident in his word. He seems very knowledgeable and yes he is busy but I feel like he gave me plenty of time. Great Doc. Great Staff My last visit is tomorrow. To be continued.

Dr. Kim is a wonderful Dr. .He has relieved my pain in many areas. He also helped with my headaches/migraines. All his staff is GREAT !! They all make you feel like they care how you are . I'd recommend them to everyone needing a numerologist. Wish the office could except more insurances though.

Dr Kim & his staff are Amazing! I have suffered with chronic migraines for over 15 years. Dr Kim was helping me manage them until he found the new cutting edge treatments , he stays up on technology & new treatments constantly so he can better care for his patients. I have been on Emgality for 9 months now. I was one of the very first patients to try it. Emgality gave me my life back... But it was Dr Kim that had taken the time to keep up on the medicine advancements that lead him to recommend this new med for me personally. I had tried a dozen different meds. I have a genetic disorder that has been unresponsive to traditional migraine treatents. Reg meds didnt offer any real relief. I have to admit that I was very skeptical when Dr. Kim said that with this new (CGRP) treatment would work, that day one day I would simply wake up and not have a migraine anymore- I had them 25 days out of 30 In a month!!! I have been living without migraine for over 5 months!!! I got my life back, my kids got their mom back, I am back to work full time- loving my job AND LIFE. I can go fishing without fear of the gate of the water. I can go shopping under fluorescent lights again. I'm not scared to drive at night because of the glares. The piercing ice pick headaches, constant agony awake or in sleep, fear of disappointing friends and family, dreading the holidays and the stress, not being able to eat things I love...all this is GONE! NOW I schedule events &get to go to them, instead of having to cancel at the last minute. I can't believe I'm finally back to my old self. Thank you. I highly recommend FL Neurological Center. I won't go anywhere else. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable & patient. His staff makes you feel like family. Never hurried through an appointment-you always have time to speak your thoughts and ask lots of questions. When you need someone to trust, you can turn to these group of professionals.

Dr.Lance and his team are absolutely amazing, I waited a few months to write this review so it could be as honest as possible. Take these variables into consideration, I am 25 years of age and have been struggling with debilitating symptoms since I turned 21 including Migraine Auras and loss of feeling in my extremeties, nerve pain, etc. I saw every doctor you could possibly think of who just told me this is anxiety and would write me off, one doctor who even got me into a mess with anti-anxiety medication which Dr.Lance Is fixing currently. As you could imagine I just gave up and said \this is my new life\ I experienced complete loss of vision approximately twice a year on average. Prior to me seeing his practice I started losing my vision and having migraines sometimes twice a day and up to 4 times a week, at this point I knew I needed to seek help, I just couldn't function or work properly. I immediately called the practice and they even helped get my medical documents over ASAP to get me scheduled. My first appointment his nurse and Dr. Lance Kim listened to every word I said and immediately knew what was going on. I am now (knock on wood) 4 months post treatment without a single migraine aura affecting my vision or extremeties - it absolutely changed my life. This doctor and his team have a passion for what they do and truthfully listen. I've read other reviews on here about issues with billing, I can say that they even worked with my insurance which was troublesome and worked out a very attainable payment plan for my difference that wasn't covered by insurance. Every test that was needed, MRI, EMG, EEG, Sleep study etc was carried out professionaly and was never uncomfortable. Keep in mind I drive an hour and 20 minutes to this practice. If you are struggling with any neurological issues, I strongly suggest to not give up and give Dr. Lance Kim a try.
